Low Morals are endemic in our government

In this article 300,000 families do not know that their child benefit will be cut, as the HMRC has not told them yet.

The minister has said that there is no obligation to contact people and said they could always get the information from the HM Revenue and Customs website instead.

So the other 750,000 people were just informed out of a particular love for them?
