Religious institutions can choose to allow same sex marriage

David Cameron breaks his previous 'promise'. Before he'd said that religious institutions would be excluded from such legislation. Now they can opt-in if they wish. And his 'promise' is that no church will be forced to offer same sex marriage. 

Promises are no longer promises.
