There must be a type of thinking which infects organisations

Who'd have thought that Amnesty International would be facing the crisis that it is?

Staff striking, restructuring, vote of no confidence in their leadership, staff cuts, a leadership staff divide, lack of focus

I think it teaches us something about the human mind : it is hypocritical; it can lose its way. But what do we do about it?

It also seems to mean something else : it seems no matter who you put in charge of organisations , the results could be the same.  Somehow it is the situation one is in that causes one to behave that way.

That seems worrying. It puts into the question as to whether humans truly have free will.  Perhaps we are subject to the will of our desires.  We are sinners, no one is righteous.  It is only through Jesus' blood we can be saved.  But perhaps more importantly it is those in power who need to have the love of Christ to change how the world operates.

But much of Christ's ministry was with those not in power. His sermon on the mount was for the most vulnerable in society. There was one centurion who did believe in Him.

Perhaps this tells us something about how Christians need to operate. But then again are certain called Christians meant to campaign vociferously against certain injustices?

It is very difficult.
