The debate continues about the 'fairness' of child benefit.
Remember - we have been a very unfair nation for some 60 or so years since WW2. Now in 2012 we are suddenly becoming a more fair nation.
Weird how we are now more fair than ever when we are in the deepest recession for some 80 years. Mmmm...
