No suicide : the measure of success of cutting jobs

How thankful I am that the way jobs have disappeared in the civil service means no-one has committed suicide.

So now we have the ruling class measure of success of getting rid of jobs.

Not that they are unemployed, are on benefits, have depression. No...all that matters is that no-one committed suicide.  Ahhh what a relief.

Notice how the article also explains how the Civil Service is no longer an organisation for serving the public but "a leaner, more efficient machine (my italics and bold) that manages its finances like the best-run businesses". Ahh bless....

Do you want to work for a machine?
